Alpenrose Music uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail for most of the items shipped.

Delivery Time:
Items in stock items will usually ship within 48 hours unless special
shipping is requested. Actual shipping time will generally take from one to
seven days for addresses in the United States. Alpenrose Music is unable to
guarantee delivery time unless special shipping is requested. International
shipping time may take from two weeks to two months.
Items not in stock will ship from between 1 to 6 weeks. Because of our
large inventory, the shipping time varies from product to product.

Where We Ship:
We ship just about worldwide. We will ship to any place the the U. S. Post Office will deliver.
Returns:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please, send it back for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. No cash refunds - exchange for another item only. We ask only that let us know why you are returning the product, and whether you wish to receive another size or an exchange for another item.

Credit Cards will be charged upon shipping.
Checks and Money Orders will be deposited upon receipt of order. Orders will
be shipped when the checks clear our bank.

Online: at this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and with PayPal for online purchases.
You may also pay using your checking account through Paypal. Orders placed
through Paypal will be held for 5 business days or until the transactions
clears the bank.
Phone: We also accept orders by phone or fax.
By mail, we accept credit cards, personal checks (from within the U.S. only),
money orders and bank ches. Orders placed with personal checks will be held
for 30 days. For faster service, please send a money order.
